Fraud in Mexican Presidential Election

The Center for Economic And Policy Research in Washington did an analysis of the election results and a court ordered partial recount. They conclude that: "...this data may provide important statistical evidence
with regard to the question of fraud. It is difficult to think of a legitimate reason for withholding this
information."
